Thank you kratom UK, I’ve tried many of your products. This kratom is not as stimulating as strains like the Maeng da or Green Malasian, and not as heavy as the Bali, yet still provides a lot of pain relief. For my conditions, a 50/50 mix with the Maeng da white is a good combination.

Along with the Sumatra White, this green has now become one of my favourite daily strains that I rotate on a regular basis. It is very effective as a calming painkiller but also great for the morning kickstart before long runs etc.
There is also something rather lovely about the gritty texture and you can definitely taste the difference between the Sumatran green and the others. Potent!

I have tried quite a few of the different strains over the years. The last time I made a purchase the Maeng da types were out of stock. Glad I only purchased a sample because I found that it was disagreeing with my condition and I felt quite on edge and strangely it seemed to increase the pains in my back. Obviously not everyone is the same but its worth trying different strains out.

The latest batch of Green Sumatra that I received is a lot stronger than the previous. Started off with 4.75g expecting a mildly stimulating effects, as this dose was good for me with previous batches, and with the 3 other greens.
However I was definitely very over stimulated with that dose of the new batch. The effects also lasted an incredibly long time.
I’m going to try 3.8g this time, which is the same dose as I take for the also very potent Thai.
The flavour is very strong too. Even with just 3.8g mixed into 250g of greek yogurt. Not unpleasant just very strong.
